Stork Requirements

Thank you so much for considering Loving Nannies to help you find a newborn care position! Our services are always free for our nannies and we do not take a percentage of your pay! Unlike other agencies, the family pays you directly and you work directly for them. We just give you the awesome introduction! Most of our day jobs pay $25-$35/hr, and overnight assignments pay $30-$40/hr (for one baby).  

Our assignments can be anywhere from 1 week to several months long depending on what the client needs. Most assignments are at least 3 nights per week for 2-3 months. 

Loving Nannies Requirements For Storks

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Be authorized to work in the U.S.
3. Complete our Online Nanny Application. 
4. Minimum 3 years recent experience working with newborns.
5. Must have 3 work references and 1 personal references.
6. Must be willing to undergo a background check upon hire and register with Trustline
7. Must be willing to obtain or renew CPR & First Aid (if needed).
8. NCS certification, newborn training and/or classes is highly desired but not required. 
9. A resume is highly desired but not required.  
10. Must be reliable, trustworthy, love children (especially newborns),be professional and have a great work ethic.
    

You will need to provide :

• Proof of citizenship and authorization to work in the U.S.
• 2 copies of identification ( DL and one other form of ID).
• 3 references or reference letters (reference letters must have contact numbers)
• All credentials and certificates
• Copies of CPR & First Aid (if you have them)
• Trustline verification (if you have it)
• A resume (if you have one)
